The referee should order a penalty kick.
In penalty kick, a player from opposition team are allowed to perform a kick from 12 yards distance from the goal without being guraded by defenders.
Having a penalty kick will most likely change the course of the game because according to statistic, a penalty kick has more than 71% chance of success.
