P(x,y) be the general point of the line then:
(x1,y1)=(-9,4)
Equation in point slope form is:
↪m=(y-y1)/(x-x1)
or, -2/3=(y-4)/{x-(-9)}
or, -2/3=(y-4)/(x+9)➡point slope form
or, -2(x+9)=3(y-4)
or, -2x-18=3y-12
or, 2x+3y=-18+12
or, 2x+3y=-6➡standard form of equation
or, 3y=-2x-6
or, y=(-2/3)x-2➡slope intercept form
