What were the advantages that the North & South had going into the Civil War?

The north had an organized and set army, while the south has an immense amount of farmland and slaves for work.

So here's one advantage for each:
The south had a large amount of slaves that they could have in their workforce.
The North had way more rails and were able to transport supplies easier.
