These two make reference to imaginary buttons that we have in our head (thoughts) and in our hearts (feelings) when you press the Victim button is because you are showing yourself as a helpless person and you don't know what to do or where to go anymore, it is easy to blame other in this stage or to get stuck in a self-pity state of mind.
