Uremia develops in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease especially in the later part. Complications may occur such as seizure, cardiac arrest, coma or even death. Nurses then should impart to the client as well as the significant others to have the patient be seen by a Nephrologist for renal replacement options and teach the family to monitor the patient and what to do in case seizure would attack and to seek medical help right away.
