Answer is: ethanol has the lowest vapor pressure because strongest intermolecular force (hydrogen bond).
Hydrogen bond is an electrostatic attraction between two polar groups that between hydrogen atom covalently bound to atoms such as nitrogen, oxygen, and fluorine. Diethyl ether has weak intermolecular force.
