The person who has the most rewarding lifestyle is the philosopher who is at leisure to develop his intellect to its highest capacity. the important feature is that human fulfillment results from achieving excellence from things we choose to do when we use are leisure rightly.

I disagree with that statement from Aristotle.
Human fulfillment coldn't be measured with a single measurement like that.
Some people would indeed put their 'excellence' in career as a measure of fulfillment, but some people may simply use 'the time they took to make relation with their loved one' as a standard of fulfillment.
