In today's culture, most people used the protest song to address social issues or principle.
For example, the latest famous protest song i know is 'America, stand up' by Eminem. It address several disagreement of value that he had with the current president. Eminem believed that some statements and policies that the Potus made is not suitable for the value that people of america had.
