Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)

LDW is a waiver that is part of an insurance coverage advised when you use a rental car. In case of an accident and damage to the rented car, LDW will waive the right of driver to pay damage costs. In Sheila's case, if she purchased a LDW as part of her insurance policy, she will not be held responsible for paying for the damages to the rented car.
