We will use the distributive law here as follows:
-t(16t+7) = -t(16t) + -t(7)
= -16t^2 - 7t
Now, we will get the a,b and c terms as folliws:
a is the coefficient of t^2 = -16
b is the ciefficient of t = -7
c is the term having no t = 0
