The Answer Choice B seems the best Choice to me, as DNA is in the Nucleus, then the RNA gets the instructions from the DNA then leaves the Nucleus, as it is single stranded, and then it goes to the Ribosome, which creates Protein, and the genetic material is then eventually present in the Protein, after the major process of Protein Synthesis.
