The answer is frustration and boredom. Moving into stagnation is evidence that the individual is focusing on his or her activities the wrong way and not having a trascendent approach to them (and getting the feeling that he or she is trapped in some timeloop). Feelings of stability are a positive thing to experience, that can come from staying put in current career, because stability helps cope with anxiety -so, going the opposite way of stagnation. Satisfaction and inner peace result from embracing our daily career activities as something really important and core to us.
