C because they are benefiting from the relationship while the caterpillars are the hosts. Although I would expect the wasps to be more like parasites...

The description suggests that the adult wasps are commensals and caterpillars are the hosts which nourishes and keep their eggs inside them but the caterpillars die when larvae continually feed and become adult.
