The Monroe Doctrine was elaborated by John Quincy Adams conferred by the president James Monroe in 1823, and according to the doctrine, some examples about the application of it were the situation of central and South America revolution which in opposition of the Spanish rules it was possible to reassert European rules. By other size, John Tyler used the doctrine in 1842 to take advantage of Texas. however, some Venezuelan Whiteness report that it would be a big and a bitter problem in Latin America.
