30 × 1.1 = 33

20 × 1.05 = 21

→ Find new perimeter

(33 × 2) + (21 × 2) = 108

→ Find old perimeter

(30 × 2) + (20 × 2) = 100

→ Find percentage increase


(108-100)/(100) *100=8
