a ramp with a mechanical advantage of 6 is used to move a 36 newton load. what input force is needed to push the load up the ramp

Given data:

Mechanical advantage (M.A) = 6

Load is moved(Output force) = Fo = 36 N,

Input force = Fi = ?

We know that Mechanical advantage = Fo÷Fi

M.A. = Fo÷Fi

6 = 36÷Fi

Fi= 6N

Input force is 6N
