Solution:

In order to be considered proportional , a line must pass through Origin.

Equation of any line passing through origin is given by:

→ y = k x, k -= Slope of any line passing through origin.

(y)/(x)=k , Considering k as a proportionality constant.

Special Point = Origin (0,0)
