The answer is Brown v. Board of Education

it would be Plessy v. Ferguson becuase Brown vs board of education was black and white sudent should not be in different schools. Yes technically thats right but in Plessy v. Ferguson it specifically said for it should be unconstitutional for black people and white people to be in separate facility.
