Solution

4 cups = 1 L

64 fluid ounces = x cups

8/64 = 1 / x Cross multiply

8x = 64 Divide by 8

8x/8 = 64/8

1 L = 4 cups

x = 8 cups Cross multiply

4x = 8 cups Divide by 4

x = 8/4

x = 2 Liters.

1 L = 1000 mL

x L = 700 mL

700 * 1 = 1000 * x
