Well, it says that his essay requires him to make homemade macaroni and cheese.

So the answer is not A because providing a reason to make mac n cheese does not show HOW to make mac n cheese. B is wrong too because suggesting what side dishes to serve alongside the mac also wont show just HOW to make it. D is also wrong because and interesting personal story about eating macaroni and cheese as a child wont help towards making the mac n cheese.


So the best answer is C. a list of necessary ingredients and cooking equipment

because it helps toward making the mac n cheese!
