The Ninth Amendment or Amendment IX of the United States Constitution is the segment of the Bill of Rights which declares that there are additional rights that may exist apart from the rights which may explicitly specify, and even though they are not recorded, it does not indicate they can be disrupted. This amendment preserves all rights which are not listed in the Constitution to the people.
