I think that there is abundant sunlight in the intertidal zone, which regulates the temperature and prevents the organisms from too cold environment. But, sometimes such high temperature also becomes a problem and the living organisms in the zone, are, therefore, adapted to survive at high temperatures,So they can Live in the envorionment.
