Find the growth rate of Billburg, using the equation r = (n+i) - (m+e) / population

r = (n+i) - (m+e) / population

n = birth of babies

i = immigration population

m = death of old people

e = emigrants moving away from the society


r = (96+72) - (58+81) / 5000

= (29/5000) * 100

= 0.58 %
