Well, First of all, blue is scattered more than other colors because it travels faster than other colors as shorter, smaller waves. The blue light is scattered in all directions by

tiny molecules of air in the Earth's atmosphere. The Earths surface then reflects and scatters the light So this is why the sky appears blue to us!
