Answer:
I'm pretty sure it's 16, but my initial thought was 17 from a pattern, but 16 just seems so random.
The pattern was the first number plus the number 2 times before it.
Ex: 3 + 4 = 7
3 + 6 = 9
3 + 7 = 10
