Professional socialization is the procedure by which people secure the Specialized knowledge,skills, attitudes,values,_norms, and interests expected to play out their expert jobs acceptably. The accompanying associating spaces of potential expert self-development can be characterized as results of the socialization procedure: Self-picture, job idea, attitudes,_values,and identity.
