What did the Spanish inquisition do to the moors and jews in spain

The Spanish Inquisition expelled the moors and jews from Spain. Beginning in Granada in 1502, moors were given the choice of converting from Islam to Christianity or face expulsion. Before that, in 1492 a Decree gave the jews the choice betwwen conversion or expulsion.
