Let’s say that I’m telling my friend that I came to this country before 1 year ago .. should I say “ I’ve arrived at the airport before 1 year ago” or “I arrived at the airport before 1 year ago” ?

This is the proper way to tell your friend that you came to this country!

It should be, "I arrived at the airport before 1 year ago." Have is present tense. : )
