P wave in electrocardiogram is the first wave deflection, and it is related with right and left atrial depolarization. The second wave observed in electrocardiogram is QRS complex .Firstly, the Q wave is observed and then after the negative deflection of R wave the S wave is observed . The time elapsed between P and S wave is 4 minute.
