Explanation:

The first thing I see when I look at this, is that both triangles are right triangles. I next wanted to know whether the angles were equal. The way to calculate that is to solve for the missing angle in each triangle. We know that triangles angles always add up to 180, so if you subtract the other 2 angles from 180 you are left with the missing angle measure.

In this case, 180 - 66 - 90 = 24 therefore we know the angles are all the same on the two triangles.
