Babylonia was an ancient State and cultural area which belongs to Akkadian-speaking people. Babylonia is based in central-southern Mesopotamia.

That area is now in present day called Iraq.

The approximate length of Babylonia from Mari in the north to Larsa in the south is 350 miles.
