The major factor in Savannah's founding as the first colonial capital was C) imports and exports could flow in and out of ports, because although Savannah city was founded on february 12, 1733, nevertheless, it wasn't until 1751 when Savannah became in the first colonial capital of Georgia at the south-eastern of that state, and was majorly due to its strategic commerce location. And time later when the American Revolutionary War erupted, Savannah had consolidated as the south-eastern most important commerce port where the people used to export and import goods and merchandise.
