Start by placing a point at (0, 3), and remember it has to be directly on the y-axis. Remember that, since this is a negative slope, once we go into the positives, the value decreases. Since the formula for slope is
(rise)/(run), you go down three units and right two units, continuing this forever. For the negative, you do the opposite, which is up three units and left two units.
