Historians generally recognize three motives for European exploration and colonization in the New World: God, gold, and glory. These explorations, however, opened brand new horizons and broadened our knowledge about the planet. Thus, many new nations and lands were discovered and in one way or another they had to interact with one another. Those communications were inavitable and natural.
