The lipoprotein that takes out cholesterol out from the walls of the arteries and retrieves it to liver is called High Density Lippo Protein (HDL).

HDL protein is also called good cholesterol. The main function is to extract bad cholesterol from the walls of blood vessels, and blood and take it for its recycling process.

Our body needs HDL and these are the food which delivers good cholesterol in our body:

- Olive oil

- Salmon

- Whole grains

- Flax
