The transformed form is given as y =

Comparing the I one and the last one we find that instead of x, x+6 is used.

This shows that there is a horizontal shift of -6 or horizontal shift of 6 units to the left.

Next is instead of 1 in the numerator we have 5 in the numerator.

i.e. after horizontal shift the transformation was y = 5Y where Y is transformed y.

i.e. y is shrunk by 5 units, or there is vertical shrink by a scale factor of 5.

Thus comparison gives II graph is obtained by shifting horizontally 6 units to the left and then shrinking vertically by factor 5
