The correct answer is CPT codes 80430, 82947.

One has to use the suppressive/evocative panel codes whenever all of the tests in the panel are performed. If additional tests are performed, then these should be coded distinctly. In the CPT index, look for Growth hormone suppression panel. Also in the CPT index, there is a need to look for blood/glucose test. The code descriptor for code 80430 suggests that this should comprise Human Growth hormone (83003 X 4) and glucose (82947 X 3) .
