A child who lives down the street from you knows you are taking a class on physical fitness and has asked for some advice. He is only 11 years old now, but he wants to plan for a healthy future. His question to you is whether he should worry about his bone strength now or when he is in his 40s or 50s. What should you tell him?

Its always better to focus on making your body as healthy as possible when you are younger because as you get older its easier to stay healthy than it is to get healthy
