A population of rabbits follows the typical pattern of inheritance and the law of dominance for fur color. B is the allele for brown fur and b is the allele for white fur. In a population of rabbits, 160 bunnies are born. How many bunnies should be white, according to the Punnett square?

B {} b{}

B {} BB {} Bb {}

b {} Bb {} bb {}

So theres a makeshift punnett square. So, since B is the dominant allele, it only needs one to make the phenotype be brown. So, that means 3/4 of those 160 bunnies are gonna be brown, and 1/4 are gonna be white. 40 of the bunnies will be white
