According to First Law of Faraday's Electromagnetic Induction, whenever a conductor are placed in a varying magnetic field emf are induced which is called induced emf in case there is a closed circuit. But when there is an open circuit which means the ends of wires are unattached then there is no potential difference and eventually there is no induced current.
