Supposedly if each cupcake was cut in 4th's, there would be 16 pieces which each person would get 1 piece. But for each person to get 4 pieces you would need to multiply 16 x 4 = 64, then 4 x 4 = 16, so you would need to cut each cupcake in 16th's
