You just cancel the +2y and the -2y because they are the same value and different signs then solve for X that gives you -3 and then add -15 along with -6 to give you -21 (cancel the negative sign) and you'll divide 21 and 3 to give you 7 and the substitute in the original equation for x (7) to get y. Idk if the answer choices are correct though....
