It depends on what you believe in. One, if you believe in true love or not. That will make a huge difference. Two, if you really believe in true love, then it does not matter if it has action or anything. True love is when you love someone so much, it's meant to be. It doesn't matter if you do any actions. But true love is the feeling of loving someone so much, so you don't need actions, but you most likely need feeling for that person.
