Can someone help me on how to send pictures of questions

On the iOS app click the left button to enter the camera, and the right button to enter the gallery.

First, take a picture. Next, go to the question, in which you should see a paper clip looking icon. Click on it, and upload your file. Wait for it to completely load before submitting
