It seems to me c could be any number besides 2,12,-1 or 0
why?
a function is defined by each x value having a single y value
if an x value has two numbers such as (0,1) (0,2) than it is not a function.
the vertical line test is great for seeing if something is a function becasue it determines if each x value has one y value.
