True, 21.2 - 12.1 = 9.1

9.1 / 2 = 4.55 AND. . .

12.1 + 4.55 = 16.65

16.65

If you mean halfway I'm thinking it's 4.55 or somewhere around that. Subtract the smaller from the larger, and cut the answer in half
