List three differences between meats and vegetables

Meats come from animals, and are filled with protein, minerals and saturated fats, whereas vegetables are grown, and contain vitamins, and also provide a good source of minerals and nutrients.

1.) Meat contains more "complete" protein.

2.) Meat is denser than vegetables, therefore easier to pack.

3.) It is faster to digest meat (48 hours) than vegetables. (2 days)
