Wha forced Russia to discontinue fighting in World War I

It was a lot of things here’s a couple to name a few:

1. The leader were irresponsible and clumsy at their work(like a child just with a lot more power)
2. They poorly trained their troops so the really were no help

So it all falls down to one thing, inept leadership.
