What would be a good legal question for the case Board of Education v. Earls and a good answer for the question? I need an answer immediately because this is part of my homework and it is due tomorrow! :(

The most concise legal question from BOE v. Earls is whether a mandatory drug policy for athletes is consistent with the Fourth Amendment.

SCOTUS, in a 5-4 decision, found that it was on the grounds that it furthers the compelling interest of ensuring a drug free student body.
