What are transformations of the equation y=-(x+4)^2-7

I’m not sure if it’s 2-7^ or if you mean 2^ -7... so I have the answers for both.

y=-(x+4)2-7^ ——> Shifts LEFT 4 units, and is a reflection on the x-axis


y=-(x+4)2^ -7 ——> Shifts LEFT 4 units, Shifts DOWN 7 units, and is reflected on the x-axis

It has been flipped over the axis, translated 4 units left, and 7 units down.
